Apco Products has been providing custom manufacturing services to industry since 1951. With two manufacturing sites in Connecticut, as well as a distribution center in California, we offer over 50,000 square feet of production space.

Our in-house sales and production team is backed by years of experience. An outside sales network serves our customers in the field. Our sales reps are readily available to service your needs. They have been carefully screened for their extensive knowledge of wire and metal fabrication. Most have served in their particular areas for decades. All quoting is done in-house and all materials are constantly researched for cost effectiveness.

Design Capabilities
APCO offers design assistance at no additional cost. By helping our customers in the devlopment of new products, we hope to build lasting relationships and trust. We have years of experience that we are more than happy to share with our customers. Prototypes and samples are offered at costs that are far below the industry standard. By offering low start up costs, we hope to ensure the success of your application.

Tooling & Fixtures
Most fixtures are fabricated in-house, and while these production costs are not always avoidable, we offer our customers reasonable rates. In some cases, tooling may be fabricated by outside sources that specialize in certain applications. In serving the best interests of our customers, when we do outsource we use only the most reliable, cost effective vendors to keep your project within your budget.

Production Capabilities
While our specialty is wire, we offer a wide range of resources that include sheet metal, and tube fabrication as well. Our facility is equipped with an automated powder coating system, capable of finishing up to 500 pieces per hour. Our welding department is capable of all forms of welding including robotic MIG welding.

Coatings/Finishes
Automated powder coating is done in-house, and is our primary finish. We can however, accommodate all of your finish requirements– from nylon to nickel– through our vendors.

Purchasing Solutions
APCO has developed flexible purchasing options that cater to your needs as a company competing in this ever changing economy.  We offer our customers incentives to save money, such as flexible blanket ordering. This option allows the customer to lock into large quantity pricing for extended periods with release dates that can be adjusted as needed.
